What if?

'What if' describes every individual's situation when confronted with the power of mind and emotions. Where does your power lie? Is it with your mind or emotions? & most importantly, who do you listen to?
Here comes the role of our 'beliefs' and 'behaviours'. What believes do you have?
Recognising your beliefs will shape your behaviour, and will ultimately determine the winner in this battle. We shall not call it a battle!
I'll leave you now with a monologue that describes the above situation.
"What if I convinced myself that the power of decision making lies within my mind ?
I think I would see the opposite in my actions.
Changing a particular habit certainly takes time and effort.
... it takes time and effort... doesn't it?
But what if my mind does not allow me to use my time and effort?
...who said that?
One must believe in the idea of victory to achieve victory!
What if I convinced myself that there is no struggle to begin with? And that the idea of struggle came only from my awareness of it...? Do we perhaps use the struggle as an excuse?
What if life is simpler than that and we complicate it?
I say, there must be times when the struggle intensifies, but the idea of belief is very strong and important. Believing in ourselves is the building block to reach our goals. Our beliefs have the power to make us naturally courageous, looking forward to progress and develop."
